Opulent Mobility is a juried art exhibit running from September 6-8, 2013  at the Bell Arts Factory in Ventura, CA. The show’s goal is to start a conversation about new ideas and options for mobility and disability devices, designs and everyday living. Show opening is September 6th from 6-9 PM.

Laura Brody developed Opulent Mobility. Her re-made mobility device “Driven, The Edwardian Cyborg Wheelchair” was published in Dr. Grymm’s “1000 Steampunk Devices” and “Le Flaneur or the Steam Walker”, a Victorian-inspired walker showed at the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation.
